>help chill touch Syntax: cast 'chill touch' Any time later, touch <victim> A mage casting this spell creates a tiny point of absolute zero hovering right above his/her index finger. Magical protection prevents this from giving the mage frostbite. The spell activates and does damage to its target when the mage uses the 'touch' command to make contact with them. At that point, the point of absolute zero disperses into the target, causing freezing damage. This can also diminish the victim's strength.
