This is a low-level discipline without the directed force required to perform a damaging blow, but it *can* deliver enough force to knock a target to the ground, even if it's in the air at the time. This spell can be overcome by strong psionic resistance, but size does not affect this spell's results. Agility and advanced martial arts training can assist in resisting it, however.
